Up for sale is a nice quality antique 19th century handmade tobacco humidor box. It is made by hand out of a quarter-saw oak and has acquired a lovely patina from age. It features ornate bronze appliqués on the top, the center one being engraved by hand. It is also lined with a silver toned metal material. It’s in nice antique condition and measures 10 inches long 6 1/2 inches wide by 4 1/2 inches tall. It is missing the key and missing two appliqués but displays wonderfully. Antique 1800’s Cigars Humidor Box Rosewood, Burl Veneer & Mother of Pearl Inlay & Lock. For your consideration is a very beautiful antique cigars box. Very well crafted from high quality wood with burl veneer. Exquisitely inlayed with mother-of-pearl floral garlands on top and and small rhombus pieces at the edges. Mother of pearl around the key hole as well. Incrusted silver wire outlines the cut out from white, silver metal label on top: CIGARES – in French. The original foil paper inner lining almost entirely remains. The locking mechanism looks in good order, the key has been lost unfortunately. Very classy and stylish early humidor. Circa mid/late 19th century, French or Chinese Export for the French market. 10.25″ x 6″ x 4. Weighs about 1 lb. Condition: Very Good overall. Please see photos below. No splits or restorations. Minor scuffs and scratches here and there, one piece of the silver wire highlights, outlining the center part on top, has been lost; altogether commensurate with age and use. Up for your consideration we have a fabulous rare 1800’s 2 compartment humidor or tea box, with metal liners. The box has a solid maple veneer over what looks to be a pine box. Gold quilt top lining and slide tops to the. The metal lining looks to be lead. There is a rope design on the tops of the compartment boxes. It does come with the key. It was found in a. Please review photos for condition. Ref # 10947 BOF. With all jewelry with stones, stones sizes and amounts are figured by calculation. (for an accurate total, you would have to remove the stones from the settings) During measurements there is some degree of calculation, so it is an approximation. In regards to our time pieces watches, clocks etc. We verify the condition when they leave our office and will be stated as working or not working. All working watches may still need to be professionally cleaned/serviced in order to keep time accurately. Each of our time pieces are vintage and used to a different degree. Ornate Brass Bronze Humidor Box Wooden Interior Agricultural Scenes Late 1800s. Presented is a stunning ornate humidor box. This piece is likely Continental European and was made in the late 1800s up until about 1910. The box has a great wooden interior with a wooden divider in the center of the box. This divider means this piece was probably used for cigarettes. The exterior of the box is likely brass or bronze. The metal displays different agricultural scenes on the lid and all four sides. The scenes show many people working with wheat, grapes, at water’s edge, and other vines and each have a beaded boarder. There are vines also boarding the scene on the lid. On the back side of the box, there is an “ES” marked in each of the two watering cans. This may be a maker’s mark. The underside is marked with the letter R. The box is a heavy weight and would make an excellent statement piece in any room. This piece is in good condition. The box has a slight wobble and there is some discoloration in the metal. The wooden interior is firm and clean. This piece is ready for use. There are no breaks or repairs. Measurements: 7 3/4 x 6 x 3 1/4 inches Interior per compartment: 5 1/8 x 3 3/8 x 2 1/2 inches. Up for sale is a very high quality antique 19th century J Bramah, London lacquered wooden humidor box. This rare example features a hand lacquered and painted deep brown finish over wood with hand applied decorative accents on the lid. Inside is a stunning removable pewter box with very elaborate hand tooled detailing on the lid. The box is marked on the locking mechanism and measures 14 1/2 inches long by 10 1/2 inches wide by 11 inches back to front. There is chips to the lacquer throughout as shown, some scuffs, and ware.
