Offered here is an outstanding large gold dore Tiffany Studios cigar box in the Chinese pattern. Stamped Tiffany Studios New York 1773 on the bottom. The cedar lining is in excellent condition. The box is quite large. It is 8 inches long, 5 1/4 inches deep and 2 1/2 inches tall. The finish is gold dore and is in very good condition. Take a good look at the photos. [Landscape Box] Apollo Studios. Brass Humidor Cigar Box, ca. Small brass humidor cigar or cigarette box by Apollo Studios of New York, crafted ca. 1910-20 and featuring a detailed hammered relief landscape design of trees and overlapping hills covering all four sides and lid. Stamped APOLLO STUDIOS / NEW YORK / 710 to the bottom. 3.6 inch cube. Apollo Studios of New York was a division of Bernard Rice’s & Sons and items marked with the Apollo stamp were made from 1909 until 1922. These pieces are usually marked with Apollo Studios NY followed by a mold number. In 1872, the Apollo Silver Co. Merged with the bankrupt Redfield & Rice Co, and formed Bernard Rice’s Sons. Offered here is a beautiful cigar box humidor that is part of Tiffany Studios modeled pattern. The box is marked Tiffany Stvdios New York 1114 on the bottom. The gold dore finish looks great. The true color is closest to the gold dore top. You are not going to find a better one. The cedar box with the dovetail joints is in excellent condition. No damage other than small loss to edge of cedar top lining. Its a very attractive piece. Shop around and compare. The photos are taken in direct sunlight and some have a little bit of glare. This piece is rated a rarity 4 in the Tiffany Desk Set book, Which means it can take 1 to 2 years on average to find. The cigar box humidor is 4 3/4 inches long, 3 5/8 inches deep. Benedict Studios, Hammered Copper Footed Humidor Box, Cigars, Tobacco, Very Nice

The humidor is quite large as it measures 10 3/16″ wide by 6 7/16″ deep and 6 1/8 tall to the top of the handle. This humidor has a wonderful hand hammered texture on copper with a splendid applied hand hammered decorative handle. The hand hammering is plentiful and wonderfully done. The patina is as found original condition and considered quite good. You can see some wear with the copper peeking through especially inside the box but the craftsman brown with black highlights brings the warmth to this piece. The handle is mounted to the top cover and is held in place with faceted rivets. On the underside cover you can see a strap that is also riveted. This is where the sponge with moisture was stored. This humidor is considered to be in very good to excellent condition as there are no cracks or major dents to the metal. There is a few indents in one side and one of the feet has some buckling but nothing too obtrusive. This is pictured and considered normal age wear. Some areas of patina are weaker than others but it is original as found. The inside shows more patina wear but this is a moot point because you cannot see this when the lid is on. This humidor is signed with the “Benedict Studios” impressed mark along with the model number “207” also impressed. CLEMENTS ANTIQUES OF NEW HAMPSHIRE STOREFRONT.
