The exterior is a striking book-matched rosewood veneer with a rich, lacquered finish. Both the base and the interior of the lid are fitted with glass insert liners and features a prominent outer locking mechanism (no key), heavy brass quadrant hinge and Spanish cedar-lined interior wall panels with a metallic mesh ventilation sleeve to preserve moisture levels.
