Estate sale find, it’s got years of household either grease or smoke residue, I didn’t d not want to clean, was afraid of damaging gilt. But otherwise pristine, and not overly dirty it’s actually very clean, just needs proper cleaning to bring out luster. Phenomenal find and piece. Cedar lined The ones made for letters and diary repository were made approximately around 1850 the cigar box version approximately 1870. I believe same maker, one was for men one for women. The repository has material inside that’s stamped by maker, where these are cedar lined.

Beautiful 1800s Antique C. Swift Mahogany Humidor with Brass corners & Handles, Beveled glass top with Zinc lining. Patented July 28 1882 N. Swift humidor was produced by C. These humidors, often crafted from materials like tiger oak and tin-lined for freshness, were used to store cigars, tobacco, and other small items. The inclusion of the original key further enhances it’s value. As an antique, it combines historical value with fine craftsmanship and aesthetic appeal, making it a desirable item for collectors of antique Cigar Humidors and other tobacciana. Beautiful reddish Brown solid Mahogany wood is absolutely stunning, with Zero Dings, cracks or damage, remarkably outstanding condition considering it’s age. Clear Beveled glass top is in excellent condition with Zero Chips, Cracks or Missing pieces. The Zinc liner helps keep the Humidity at a desired level. Brass (Gold) tone Hardware on each corner &. Handles on each side. New Black Felt bottom has been applied. The Key fits the lock, however the mechanism doesn’t seem to be working. The lid fits very well when closed, with Zero seal gaps. Dimensions: 10 3/4″ long x 7 1/4″ wide x 5 tall. Interior Dimensions are: 9 1/2″ long x 6″ wide x 3 tall. Weight: 4 lbs 11 oz.

This is a nice antique brass humidor. It is missing the latch that holds the sponge door closed. It all has a handle detached on the tin insert. It measures 5.75″ tall x 6.5″ x 11.

Antique 1800’s Cigars Humidor Box Rosewood, Burl Veneer & Mother of Pearl Inlay & Lock. For your consideration is a very beautiful antique cigars box. Very well crafted from high quality wood with burl veneer. Exquisitely inlayed with mother-of-pearl floral garlands on top and and small rhombus pieces at the edges. Mother of pearl around the key hole as well. Incrusted silver wire outlines the cut out from white, silver metal label on top: CIGARES – in French. The original foil paper inner lining almost entirely remains. The locking mechanism looks in good order, the key has been lost unfortunately. Very classy and stylish early humidor. Circa mid/late 19th century, French or Chinese Export for the French market. 10.25″ x 6″ x 4. Weighs about 1 lb. Condition: Very Good overall. Please see photos below. No splits or restorations. Minor scuffs and scratches here and there, one piece of the silver wire highlights, outlining the center part on top, has been lost; altogether commensurate with age and use. Up for sale is a nice quality antique 19th century handmade tobacco humidor box. It is made by hand out of a quarter-saw oak and has acquired a lovely patina from age. It features ornate bronze appliqués on the top, the center one being engraved by hand. It is also lined with a silver toned metal material. It’s in nice antique condition and measures 10 inches long 6 1/2 inches wide by 4 1/2 inches tall. It is missing the key and missing two appliqués but displays wonderfully. Up for your consideration we have a fabulous rare 1800’s 2 compartment humidor or tea box, with metal liners. The box has a solid maple veneer over what looks to be a pine box. Gold quilt top lining and slide tops to the. The metal lining looks to be lead. There is a rope design on the tops of the compartment boxes. It does come with the key. It was found in a. Please review photos for condition. Ref # 10947 BOF. With all jewelry with stones, stones sizes and amounts are figured by calculation. (for an accurate total, you would have to remove the stones from the settings) During measurements there is some degree of calculation, so it is an approximation. In regards to our time pieces watches, clocks etc. We verify the condition when they leave our office and will be stated as working or not working. All working watches may still need to be professionally cleaned/serviced in order to keep time accurately. Each of our time pieces are vintage and used to a different degree.
