Up for sale is a very rare high quality antique 19th century gilt bronze cigar, cigarette, and match dispenser urn made in France. It beautifully engraved with intricate detailing throughout done in high relief. It’s made of thick bronze, has a nice patina from age and has nice weight to it. The piece holds all the tobacco contents inside and are dispensed when the finial is pulled upward. It is a telescoping design and can be opened one at a time. The largest bottom shelf holds cigars, the middle cigarettes, and the smallest matches. There is also a slide striker pad on the base that is hidden when not being used. The urn is very nicely tri-footed with ornate solid bronze claw feet. It’s in nice condition and 17 1/4 inches tall by 7 1/2 inches wide when closed. There is a winding arm by the foot that operates the music box. Unfortunately the music box needs a new coil as it was overwound. Which will be a charge of 7% due to New Jersey state law. Please make sure to look at all pictures very closely before purchasing, as most pieces in my shop are non refundable. Most items are antique or vintage and could have usual ware from age.
