Great Antique Bailey Banks & Biddle Arts & Crafts Heavy Copper Silver Cigar Box
Great period early 1900’s Arts & Crafts hand crafted and hand hammered copper and sterling silver cigar humidor/box by Bailey, Banks & Biddle. The box is clearly marked “BAILEY BANKS & BIDDLE” “COPPER AND SILVER”. 9″ across x 5 3/4″ deep x 3 high and it weighs approx. One of the hinges needs a touch of silver solder(see photos) otherwise it is in very good original condition with only expected wear, tarnishing and interior cleaning. I did a light polishing but did not want to get rid of all the patina. (please view all photos for the best representation of quality and condition). Please look at all the photos to get a good idea of the true condition, the photos are part of the description. The items I list are primarily antique or vintage and may have some minor flaws. I try to mention all damage or wear to the best of my ability; but I don’t hold these pieces to the same standard as I would if they were new. Antique Tiger Wood Cigar Box Humidor With Silver tone Corners And Embellishments
I have an antique tiger wood cigar box. The inside is line with one divider. All the silver tone pieces are there. The bottom is marked and I’d say this is from the late 1800’s? There is a little button knob foot missing on the bottom. Other than that this is a beautiful piece. Measures 9.5″ x6″ x 4. Please ask any questions you may have.
