Vintage Burl Wood Humidor Cigar or Desk Box Burlwood Monogrammed! Vintage/Antique Burl Wood Humidor Cigar or Desk Box Burlwood Monogrammed! We have a vintage (or possibly antique) wood box! The wood looks to be burl (we believe). We also think it might be an old humidor or Cigar Box (or possibly a desk box)! The box has a lift-out compartment with dividers. It is monogrammed with the name “Rachel Wright” on a small gold plaque on the top cover. A terrific piece to own! 4 5/8″ tall, 9 7/8″ wide, and 6 1/2 in depth. Someone added a second lock on the front (the old lock is still there). There are two chips in the wood veneer finish (one on the top edge and the other on the bottom edge, same side). The inside compartment has a piece missing to hold the dividers together (a long piece across the front). Otherwise, the box looks to be in good used shape! A neat display item or conversation piece!
