Refinished & Restored Solid Walnut Antique Cigar HumidorMilk Glass Liner

Beautifully refinished solid walnut cigar humidor. Measures 10 3/4″ long x 7 3/4″ deep x 4 1/4 tall. Inside is 9 3/4″ long x 6 5/8″ deep x 3 1/8 tall. Sides are 3/8 thick and assembled using the splined miter joint. 90º hinges in good working order. Exterior refinished with MinWax Satin Varnish and hand polished to a soft luster with 0000 steel wool and paste wax. Inside bottom and lid are lined with milk glass. Sides are lined with finished mahogany. Blank brass engraving plate on top. All joints are solid. No cracks, scratches or splits in the wood. Please contact before purchasing. A good quality wooden cigar humidor made by Dunhill. Identifying Marks / Makers Marks. Marked Dunhill inside the lid and “Made in Italy” on the base. Age / date of manufacture. Measures 9 7/8″ (25cm) x 7 1/2″ (19cm) x 3 7/8 (9.75cm). In fair used condition. Exterior – There is a dent to the top, front right corner (as shown in the photographs) and there are scratches and scuff marks to the surface of the wood on the exterior which can be seen when it is held up to the light. Interior – Complete with moveable partitions. Has a split to the wood on one of the hinges on the left side (please see the photographs). The metal humidifier has some tarnish. This is a nice collectible store counter top display. It measures 19 x 10 1/2 around the base of the box. The rear of the box is 15 1/4 high and the front is 31/2 high. The glass top opens up so that you can store and also have access to the cigars from the front. The rear of the box has a lever for a locking mechanism. This is in good condition and would hold several boxes of cigars. The box is made of metal and is painted to look like wood.
