TIFFANY & CO Antique Humidor Box with KEY 1870-1906 Union Square

Rare find: Authentic Tiffany & Co Wood Humidor Presentation Box with Brass Detail & Key. Tiffany & Co resided on the corner of 15th St. And Union Square West from 1870 – 1906. Made of wood with veneer and brass details, it measures 8″ wide x 9″ deep x 3 7/8 high. Inside dimensions are 6 5/8″ x 6 5/8″ x approx 2 3/8 high. It weighs 2 lbs – 12 oz. Brass has some wear from age, veneer has small chip on side – please see photos. Key turns but I haven’t been able to engage the lock. Pencil writing on inside bottom reads Danish Blue.
