RARE antique 1914 glass brass Bayuk Bros cigar store humidor counter display box

Up for sale is a very rare antique 1914 Bayuk Bros. Cigar store counter top display case. It’s made of glass brass and tole metal and has acquired a lovely patina from age. The front glass door operates by pushing the brass lever on the left side which then opens on a hinge. There is a lockable door in the back as well that allows you to insert the art for the cigars being held in the display. It’s signed/dated on the back and measures 9 3/4 inches tall by 9 1/2 inches wide by 7 inches back to front. It has normal ware, there is a hairline crack on a side panel as shown in last photo. I could find no markings anywhere on this humidor. Every inch is smooth and elegant with a woody smell on the inside that smells like a fine guitar. Near pristine condition with the exception of two small chips in the finish on the front side top right corner (see last picture). I spent a few hours searching the internet trying to find one like this to get an idea of the value without success. The craftsmanship on this box is impeccable, it opens and closes ultra smooth and the lock is functions wonderfully and it is nearly silent. Includes: Humidor, shelf, shelf divider, digital hygrometer (unsure of functionality), Humidifi er, Humidifier Cradle, 2 Keys. Box measures: 9-1/2″ Deep x 13-1/2″ Wide x 6-1/4 Tall. This is a beautiful Cherry Wood humidor with a matt finish. It is fully lined and will really make a great addition to any home. When you open the box there is a wooden cover with “ZENITH” thereon, and a finger hole to lift this up to reveal a removable box and 2 moveable sections. This box has been in storage and has never been used. There are slight marks to one end (see pics) but othewise in immaculate condition. All hinges, felt bottom in excellent condition. Lid closes perfectly smoothly. Humistat fitted in lid. Scratch Resistant Felt Bottom. Size approx :38.5cm x 21.5cm x 10cm. RARE Rockwell Kent Brass Cigar Box, Art Deco Engraved Lady by A G Spaulding

1928 RARE Rockwell Kent Sally Art Deco Cigar Box. The outside of the box is brass and the inside is lined with wood. The image on the front is attributed ti Rockwell Kent, a famous artist, print maker and writer, 1882 1971. The image depicts Sally (Sally Kent Gorton) his wife and widow. The image was designed in 1928 for an A. Spalding & Brothers magazine advertisement. Epicts Sally (Sally Kent Gorton) his wife and widow. There are very few of this particular box available. Rockwell Kent had the image etched in the lids of some brass boxes and gave them out as gifts to friends and business associates. This particular box has been well cared for. The inside of the is clean and in very good condition. The brass on the outside has developed a nice patina and has other signs of normal age. The lid is also still very well attached with a good working hinge. It is about 2 5/8 inches by 5.5 inches by 7 1/8 inches. The box is marked A.
