Empty humidor box made from various wood veneers, inlaid and lacquer on the outside in an interesting pattern. The inside is lined with cedar to retain the moisture levels and there is a magnetic disc on the lid where a hygrometer could be attached. This is a small humidor which would make it ideal for traveling due to its compact nature. A great addition to any smoking room, man cave or bar area. This would make a great early holiday gift. MEASUREMENTS Wooden humidor measures 8.5″ wide by 8.5″ long by 4 deep weighs 3lbs. CONDITION In good condition and ready to use with a couple of light surface scratch scuff marks (please see all pictures as they form part of the condition description). A stylish vintage 1950s cigar box or humidor. Table top box made from stainless steel and shaped like a book, it is marked on the base with Gense, Swedish make. The box is lined internally with cedar wood, would also make a great cigarette box if cigars aren’t your thing. Good overall with age related surface wear, some pen marks internally. Fantastic highly polished finished Tiffany & Co Makers New York wood humidor or cigar box. Looks to be from the 1940’s or 1950’s by logo etc. As found, has one wood spacer which can be moved to another slot as shown. Unsure if complete and do not have the key. Measures 12 1/2″ long by 8″ wide by 6 high closed. Bottom is covered in original black fabric – almost felt like material – linen woven? As found, some slight scuffs and marks from use/age. Any help identifying always welcome. Hard to find item. This box weighs 7lb 8 oz alone prior to packaging!
