Padgett & Braham Antique English sterling silver large handled cigar humidor box. Has 2 compartments, wood interior. Comes with the original cigar cutter and lighter inserts. P&B Ltd English sterling hallmarks throughout. Measures 9.25 inches x 6.5 inches. 2.75 inches tall not including the handle. Total weight is approximately 55 Troy Ounces. Condition: please note the cigar cutter needs a repair. Mechanism needs to fit into silver properly. There are also a couple of pin point dings on the box lid and on the sides. This is a nice antique Cigar Humidor box (see photos). The item looks to be make of Mahogany wood and it has nice mounts that look to be silver plated to me (see photos). The item is antique (see photos). The item has a lock on it and it is open, but I do not have a key (see photos). The item has a mount on each upper and lower corner with the word Cigars written in metal cursive script on the top of the box (see photos). The item would make a welcome addition to your collection (see photos). The item is in as found condition. The item in total measures about 5 inches high, about 7 inches from the front edge to the back side at the top and 10 and 3/4ths inches wide from side to side. The metal word cigars has a break in the lettering and it looks as if there should be more metal around the top of the key ole etscheon that is missing? High quality antique handmade wood brass cigar tobacco humidor holder box case

Up for sale is a high quality antique 19th century wooden cigar box. It’s made by hand out of a varnished oak wood and has thick brass appliqués on each corner and edge. The lid opens on hinges exposing the lovely reticulated metal interior and has a mechanism on the side that stops the lid from opening over 90 degrees. It also has a very detailed solid brass pivoting carry handle mounted to the top of the lid. It’s in very nice condition, has acquired a great patina from age and measures 12 inches long by 7 inches wide by 6 1/2 inches tall. It is missing the key for the locking. We have for sale a rectangle shape wood humidor box that I believe is made out of mahogany. This is vintage and came from a nice clean estate sale. The inside is lined with milk glass and is not cracked or chipped. The hinges work properly. Unfortunately we do not have the key for this. I really dont believe it would be difficult to find a skeleton key to work. This is vintage and shows the usual vintage wear that one should expect of an antique humidor. The overall outside dimensions with the lid closed are 11-3/4 x 8 x 4-3/4. Not exactly sure why it has the vintage fragile sign on the milk glass. I guess milk glass is fragile, but Im not positive that that sign is original to the manufacture of the box. Whatever the case, I think its kind a cool! This box is not cheaply made and is well constructed. Please look at all pictures closely for details, thanks for looking!
