Dating to around 1900 this antique oak humidor was used to store cigars and cigarettes on an after dinner table. Adorned with brass straps and corners it has a center carrying handle for easy transport. Marked on the brass plaques: Cigaretten Cigars This would suit any vintage kitchen, man cave or Edwardian style property. A great housewarming or early birthday gift idea. MEASUREMENTS Humidor measures 5″ tall by 6.25″ deep by 12 wide and weighs 2lb 3oz. CONDITION In good usable condition ready to display (please see all pictures as they form part of the condition description). Antique BRASS HUMIDOR CIGAR BOX CASKET. Very heavy and highly l made, nicely ornate with open work featuring mythological scene all around and on top of lid. Lined in wood inside. Acorn shaped puller to open box. Overall box is in good shape , but I would like to sell it in as is condition, as there is some wear to the piece. Top lid shows oxidation on head of figure on left and top right corner(see last photo and photo # 11) and front side. W eights 7Lb 7oz. Measures 1″ x 4-1/2″ x 6-1/2. Inside wood shows wear (photos 8-9-10). Not perfect, but still a beautiful work of art. Please ask for more photos as needed. I will be happy to send more.
