Comes with tile you can place above the head of unit (I prefer way it looks without it). Door handle has a cool eagle that says warranted superior on it. Maker of this piece is unknown to me. Condition: Good overall, stands just fine, Does have minder crack under base, has previous crack repair on front right leg, inside box has tobacco scent, has other aged patina scuffs scratches chipped areas corners.
