Front is decorated with Regency style bronze escutcheon, and the sides have the handles. Gorgeous healthy vivid color box. This beautiful box is propped on the straight leg base, with “X” form stretcher for additional stability (please see photos). Condition is good, showing light use /age wear for 125+ years of age (see photos), all considered into the price. Size is large 16″ wide, 12″ across, and 22″ tall overall, while the box alone is 13″ x 9″ and 7″ tall. Awesome piece for any gentleman’s home or office!
