CHICAGO Illinois IL Label Carved Mahogony Wood with Milk Glass Lined HUMIDOR Box. Has two metal clips to hold in a moistened sponge which is no longer present. Weighs over 6 pounds before careful packing. Has a lock but I do not have the key. Has original label on the bottom as shown in last picture. 12 x 8 1/4 x 5 1/4 tall. Very good condition, the extension arm to control how far the top lid opens has broken out of the wood trim on the top as shown in the last pictures, could use some tlc to repair or removed completely. Refinished & Restored Antique Cigar Humidor With Humidity PadMilk Glass Liner

Beautifully refinished solid mahogany cigar humidor. Measures 11″ long x 7 1/2″ deep x 4 1/8 tall. Inside is 9 5/8″ long x 6 1/8″ deep x 2 3/4 tall. Sides are 7/16 thick and assembled using the half blind lap joint. Piano hinge in good working order. Exterior refinished with MinWax Satin Varnish and hand polished to a soft luster with 0000 steel wool and paste wax. Inside bottom and lid are lined with milk glass. Also includes humidity pad. Sides are lined with unfinished mahogany. All joints are solid. No cracks, scratches or splits in the wood. Please contact before purchasing. Ew tips on seasoning your humidor.. 1 The most important thing is to keep filling your hydro tray with solution, daily or every other day. 2 When seasoning – remove the lid from the hydro tray and set on top of the wooden tray – it helps let the moisture rise. 3 Give the humidor 1 wipe down with solution or distilled water (no more as it could cause warping). 4 Adding extra distilled water to the tray is OK, also adding a shot glass full of solution or distilled water is great. 5 Keep the temperature in your humidor as close to 70 degrees Fahrenheit as you can get it. Up for sale is a high quality antique handmade mahogany cigar box. It’s made out of a hand sculpted mahogany base and embellished with a ornate hand engraved brass insignia inset on the lid with its lettering reading “WPK”. The lid opens on hinges exposing the lovely quality milk glass interior surrounded by cedar walls. It’s in exquisite condition and measures 10 3/4 inches long by 7 3/4 inches wide by 4 inches tall. Rare old PUNCH CRYSTALS all glass box CIGAR HUMIDOR with seal NO CIGARS blue velvet PROVISIONAL cigar advertising. What a great find – RARE & UNIQUE – for the cigar connoisseur patent applied for. This is a very special DESIRABLE cigar box with the bottom provisions (SEE PHOTO) these boxes were to be destroyed after usage. Ideal for the executive desk accessory man cave cigar buff. NOTE: 1st PHOTO OF BOX IS STANDING ON ITS FRONT – as I had difficulty with glare. Fabulous old cigar humidor type glass box. 7L x 6 ¼W x 3. PUNCH CRYSTALS graphic in silver & black. A little normal age / usage wear on the graphic. At one time held 50 cigars empty now. Stained glass style construction with the clear glass panels inserted into channels. Magnet sticks to the channels, bottom & hinges. Channels show age related rust polishing up to the end user. Four sides & top are glass with the bottom being metal (magnet sticks to bottom). Glass is in nice antique / vintage condition with only a few small surface scratches. Free of cracks. One very small glass knick on the lid side edge facing left (photo #10). Fancy somewhat Gothic looking steel? Hinges some rust (polishing up to the end user). Interior bottom lined in a rich cobalt blue velvet. Free of tears. FANTASTIC UNDERSIDE METAL BOTTOM. Half of the original stencil seal remains as shown. RARE imprinted in black with 4 statutes & provisions (contact for information on the imprint). Metal shows signs of age rub wear. Here is a wonderful old well built white glass lined mahogany wood tobacco/cigar box with working lock and key. Box appears to be a Dunhill by the construction but does hot have the label. Box is in solid condition with some wear including scuffs and scratches. Lid fits well with a good seal. Box exterior measures approximately 12-1/2″ across x 8-3/4″ deep x 7-3/4 tall.
