Antique Solid Mahogany Glass Lined Cigar Humidor with Accessories Refinished

Gorgeous mahogany brown cigar humidor from the 1940’s. The box measures 10 3/4″ long x 7 7/8″ deep x 4 1/8 tall. Inside is 9 5/8″ long x 6 3/8″ deep x 3 tall. Assembled using 1/2 thick solid wood using. A lock miter joint for strength. Refinished with several coats of Satin MinWax varnish and hand-polished with 0000 steel wool and paste-wax for a soft luster. Original glass lines the inside of the lid and inside bottom. Vtg Cigar Humidor Lacquered Burl Wood Box Inlay Dark Solid Top 16x9x6 Vgc Key

This vintage cigar humidor features a lacquered burl wood box with a dark solid top, measuring approximately 16x9x6 inches. The design includes intricate inlay work, adding to its visual appeal. Additionally, the humidor comes with a key for secure storage of cigars. Overall, this piece is in very good condition, perfect for collectors of antique and vintage tobacciana items. This is beautiful, I didn’t notice the top looks like it been touched up, on the mahogany, in the photos, Can’t really see any damage on top. The inlay looks good on the 3 places it’s in the wood. The box measures 15 x 9.5 x 6.5. It has a key, not the original, but it works. The tray has 2 deadmen, and grooves on each side for lifting and removing. Has a gauge, and 2 filters. Very clean and odor free. Bottom has felt on bottom and legs, to protect furniture. This is really a beauty! A nice gift for someone else or for you!

Art Deco WWII AEG- Hungary Solid Silver 800 Ag. Humidor Cigar Box

Art Deco Hungarian Solid Silver 800 Humidor Cigar Box. Signed by factory workers. A memento from the AEG Germany factories. I believe the box was most likely a gift from the people working at the AEG BUDAPEST branch to their director after the factories were closed during the Soviet occupation of Romania, Hungary and Austria 1944/45 – 1948/49. Measures approximately 6.88 inches x 3.74 x 1.77 inches. Total weight approximately 374 grams. Approx Silver Weight 257 gms 800/1000Ag. Please be sure to view all photos carefully as they are included as part of the item description! I sell antique and vintage collectible stuff – unique items that have history, and may show signs of this – it’s part of their charm. I try to describe any obvious faults as truthfully as I can. However, as most of my items are 100 years old, they will often bear the traces of a previous life.

Solid Sterling Silver and Niello Cigarette Box. A very unusual solid silver and niello cigarette box. Of rectangular form, with checkered niello decoration throughout. The interior of the box is lined in cedar. Hallmarked to underside for Sterling silver and maker Ernst Menner. Unusual to find a full sized cigarette box in niello. A fine, usable piece of silver. In good antique condition with expected wear. Some minor wear to niello ar corners. Wear to the underside as seen in pictures. Hallmarks are clear and legible. Height: approx 4 cm.
