This item dates from the 1890’s to the 1920’s and is the heavy bronze metal cigar holder. I don’t see a place for a moistener, so I think it was just a box to hold the cigars. The rack inside has the openings of 5/8 which would be the size of the cigars. This rare item measures overall 7-1/2′ wide across the handles and is 9-1/2 tall. Good condition, I see no damage or issues. There are no marks or numbers that I see, but a great design overall with a lot of details.
