There are two filters in the lid to regulate humidity, these will likely need new filters to function. Good large size and a good conversion. Monogram to the inlaid mother of pearl. Antique ornate handmade wood inlaid marquetry cigar humidor lined tobacco box

Up for sale is a high quality antique 19th century handmade wooden marquetry cigar humidor box. It’s crafted with elaborate design consisting of hand cut and inlaid marquetry detailing throughout and finished with a floral detailed velour lining underneath. This lovely hinged box has a tapered lid and is lined with a tin metal lining meant for cigar preservation. It has an elaborate Art Deco cast iron locking mechanism on the face but does not have a key. It’s in nice used condition and measures 11 inches long by 7 inches wide by 4 1/2 inches tall. I have for sale a well-used antique wooden box. It has inlaid diamond designs, using fine grained woods. The top lid opens to a removable tray with five compartments. That has dovetail joint construction. The front of the box has a lock, but I don’t have the key for it. I believe it was made in United States, sometime in 19th century or earlier. Approximate dimensions are: 9 1/8″ long, 5 1/8″ wide, and 5 1/2 tall. This is a finely handcrafted woodwork. That has an unusual design. The item “Antique Inlaid Wood Box. This is a beautiful humidor in what has the appearance of Birdseye Maple with pink hues on the ends and an inlay design on the top. The box measures 11 1/2″ in length by 4 1/2″ in height with a hinged lid and a built in barometer in the top. There is a sticker on the bottom that states “Nuova Strada Baranica, 1 – Sorrento – Inlaid Wood Works Music Boxes Sorrento Intarsio” and also a Made in Italy sticker. A truly beautiful well made heavy piece. International to pay Priority cost. This is a beautiful humidor with wood inlay design on the top and front and back. The box measures 13 3/4″ in length by 6″ in height with a hinged lid with beveled glass. The front has a lock along with a Hygrometer. Inside is a removeable wood tray along with what I guess are two devices to keep the cigars moist. Condition is excellent with one minor blemish to the top. A truly beautiful well made piece. International to pay Priority cost. Handsome Antique Humidor in need of minor restoration. Veneered in Walnut with cross banding and stringing. Fitted with three drawers with brass Campaign type handle fittings. It needs a new lock or the existing one mending, there is a key with it which currently doesn’t work, however once a steel pin is replaced in the key hole I suspect it might. The drawers work however the linings have been replaced. There is a bit of Satin wood stringing missing from the top. See photos for detail.
