This is a nice antique Cigar Humidor box (see photos). The item looks to be make of Mahogany wood and it has nice mounts that look to be silver plated to me (see photos). The item is antique (see photos). The item has a lock on it and it is open, but I do not have a key (see photos). The item has a mount on each upper and lower corner with the word Cigars written in metal cursive script on the top of the box (see photos). The item would make a welcome addition to your collection (see photos). The item is in as found condition. The item in total measures about 5 inches high, about 7 inches from the front edge to the back side at the top and 10 and 3/4ths inches wide from side to side. The metal word cigars has a break in the lettering and it looks as if there should be more metal around the top of the key ole etscheon that is missing? High quality antique handmade wood brass cigar tobacco humidor holder box case

Up for sale is a high quality antique 19th century wooden cigar box. It’s made by hand out of a varnished oak wood and has thick brass appliqués on each corner and edge. The lid opens on hinges exposing the lovely reticulated metal interior and has a mechanism on the side that stops the lid from opening over 90 degrees. It also has a very detailed solid brass pivoting carry handle mounted to the top of the lid. It’s in very nice condition, has acquired a great patina from age and measures 12 inches long by 7 inches wide by 6 1/2 inches tall. It is missing the key for the locking. Up for sale is a high quality antique 19th century handmade wooden cigar humidor box. It’s made out of a rich colored mahogany with ornate open worked plated metal corners and has acquired a lovely sheen patina from age. The lid opens on dual hinges and is lined with an early traditional tin humidor lining that has wings in the back for a humidor stone. It’s in nice antique condition and measures 10 inches long by 6 3/4 inches wide by 4 1/2 inches tall. The box has a square key entry but is missing the original key.
