Antique 19th Century Victorian Period. Tiger Oak & Brass Mount. A wonderful desk top cigar smokers cabinet constructed in the manner of a safe in beautifully grained Tiger Oak with ebony string highlights and English Royal crests to doors. Brass mounts and handles, the brass lock cover slides open to reveal a fully operational lock alas no key. The twin doors open to reveal a fully fitted interior again with brass mount handles consisting of four draws for cigar storage. The cabinet is in beautiful condition. Tiger oak is more expensive than normal oak as it is taken from better wood and cut at such an angle to produce the tiger stripe effect therefor being used on the finest quality furniture. Dimensions: 9 1/2″(24.1cm) wide by 9 1/2″ (24.1cm) high by 7(17.8cm) deep. Would make a wonderful gift. Antique 1800's Victorian carved wood cigar humidor velour lined display case box

Up for sale is a nice quality antique 19th century handmade wooden cigar display case box. It’s made out of carved mahogany wood with an ornate trim and is nicely lined with a maroon. The box has a very ornate gilt brass and wooden handle mounted to the lid that pivots on a ball joint. The box is properly lined with a metal humidor and in great condition. Antique sterling silver believed to be Cigar Humidor Box or a Men’s Desk or Trinket Box, with Textured Raised Dragon Motif, signed Arthur & Bond Yokohama. Has a light hammered finish, detailed dragons on the cover and around the sides. Measures 6x4x1.75 in size, with hinged cover. In very good antique condition; the outside has very little surface wear, bottom has some dings and light scratches; inside top cover is warped and bent in spots, inside bottom is a tad bent, bottom rim is bent and there is dirt and discoloration; inside top cover rim has a scratched mark – see next to last photo, cover fits and closes evenly, and the hinge is fine and working. We’ve not cleaned nor polished the box and leave that to the new owner. It weighs 290 dwt, or 451 grams or 15.90 ounces. Up for sale is a high quality antique 19th century handmade wooden cigar humidor box. It’s made out of a rich colored mahogany with fully covered nickel plated metal corners and has acquired a lovely patina from age. The box also features large sterling silver initials on the lid that are done in a dimensional script design. The lid opens on a hinge and has two side mounted chains to hold the lid open at a 90 degree angle. The box is properly lined with a metal humidor and in great condition. Victorian Era Cigar Box. “Rogers Smith Meriden CT Quadruple 2X USA”. This lovely box has 2 cherubs holding up a candle stick. Doves and garland decorate the sides of the box. And sits on 4 ball feet. There are 4 hinged lids, the 2 large sides have a lock (no key). This is a heavy piece, it measures 11.5″ long x 8″ deep x 10 tall. The metal looks like brass, but the scratches on the bottom of feet and a few areas look silver. This does have some tarnish and wear. But is still a beautiful piece for its age.
