The inside is inscribed, Presented To Richard B. / By His Board Of Directors / November 22, 1949. ” On the bottom it is marked “Gorham, ” with “the lion passant” for British standard of silver, “an anchor” signifying their Rhode Island origins, and the letter “G” for the company’s initial, then “Sterling” for the metal purity, and finally “302 for the model. The box is lined with cedar. In total, it weighs 507 grams. It measures 6 1/2 inches by 5 inches by 2 inches. It is in excellent vintage condition with very slight wear expected for its age. Overall it is a very cool looking, one of a kind piece!
