Gorgeous honey colored tiger oak repurposed humidor from the 1890’s. Beautiful detailed working lock with key. The word “Cigars” on the top is relief stamped brass. The box measures 10″ long x 6 1/4″ deep x 4 tall. Inside is 9 1/8″ long x 5 1/2″ deep x 3 1/2 tall. Assembled using 3/8 thick solid oak using a barefaced housing joint. Refinished with several coats of Satin MinWax varnish and hand-polished with 0000 steel wool and paste-wax for a soft luster. Fully lined with new dark green felt.
