Beautiful vintage circular or round and scalloped paneled Pipe Tobacco or Cigar Humidor/Holder. It is made of a hardwood and has a brass finial on the circus tent top. Measures 10″ tall x 6″ dia. Inside opening 3 3/4″ opening, x 5 1/4″ deep, 3/4 thick. It is very well made and very clean with no odor. This item was found at a world traveler’s estate sale so not sure where he would of picked it up at. The wood has a lot of wood grain and dark/light areas. Not sure what type of wood but feel it is a hardwood of some sort. Very nice warm, rich, patina’d color. The bottom of the base that is not seen looks to be a particle board and there is an indented hole that does not go through. 4 felt pads for furniture protection.
