Antique, German, Black Forest, carved wooden cigar cabinet. The lid & front panels open up to reveal pierced shelves, which can hold up to 34 cigars. The double shelves will hold them straight. The cabinet has 3 sections to the front for matches / accessories. On the lid & front panels is carved a 4 petal flower & leaves. It has 4 bun feet (although 1 is a replacement & slightly different shape & is slightly shorter than the other 3). Good antique condition: Nice patina. Minimal loss to the relief work. There is a split in the wood at one corner that has been glued. The lock has been removed. Size: 9″ wide x 8.5″ tall x 7 deep. Would make a wonderful gift / office decor / gentleman’s accessory!
